Chromium ESG Technical Summit

ICDA has established this event as a forum for the chrome industry's ESG experts to learn, share knowledge and meet with research institutes and specialists covering the many aspects of ESG.
During the event you will learn about:

- How to achieve direct emissions reductions in ferrochrome with biochar
- How to reduce and monitor the carbon footprint of ferrochrome production
- Implications of the EU CBAM for ferrochrome producers in Europe and beyond

- Sustainable initiatives developed by ICDA members
A one-day technical tour will take place as part of the programme to visit the two research institutes, Swerim and Envigas, and meet with their technical team working on biocarbon alternatives for the ferroalloy and steel industries.
This event is open to ESG professionals and anyone with an interest in these issues, please ensure you register early as space for the event and technical tour is limited.
