New Food Contact Materials technical publication launched at CSSC annual congress

A new publication, Stainless Steel for Food Contact Material, was launched at a side meeting of the China Stainless Steel Council (CSSC) annual congress in November. The Nickel Institute contributed to the publication which was published by the China Metallurgical Industry Press. The book is the first guide of its kind in China. Food contact material is an extremely important end use of nickel-containing stainless steel applications. The guide will assist Chinese engineers in successfully specifying and designing nickel-containing stainless steel in food engineering applications.
